Paul J. Hahn, 83

Paul J. Hahn, 83, passed away at home on Sunday, March 4, 2012 surrounded by his family.

He was born on July 19, 1928 to the late Frank and Clara (nee Bohn) in Slinger. He Married Marianne (nee Strupp) on June 17, 1950. After her passing, he later married Dolores (nee Retzlaff) on June 1, 1996 at St. Peterís Catholic Church in Slinger.

Paul was employed at Stork Brewery, Allenton Oil Co., Konrath Bus and retired from Gehl Manufacturing in 1992. He was the former assistant fire chief of the Allenton Fire Department and honorary member of the Allenton Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife Dolores, daughters Patricia (Gerald) Breuer, Bonnie (David) Wagner, and daughter-in-law Donna Hahn; and step-children Kevin Strupp, Cynthia (Dave) Becker, Martin (Janell) Strupp, Nancy (Tim) Henn, Shirley (Doug) Neu, Wayne (friend Tammy) Strupp, and Judy (Bret) Millheam. He is also survived by his grandchildren Anthony (Michelle), Kelly, and Steven Hahn, Michael, Christopher, and Allison Breuer, Kelsey and Scott Wagner, Sandra and Jennifer Hahn; great-grandsons Nolan and Pawel Hahn; 16 step grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter. He is further survived by his sisters Ruth Schellinger, Marilyn (Maurice) Strupp, Theresa (Eugene) Becker and brothers Richard (Carol), Jerome (Jean), and John (Patricia) Hahn.

He is preceded in death by his parents, first wife Marianne, sons Charles and Gerald, step-son Donald Strupp, and sister Helen (Robert) Sonn.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Paul will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012 at St. Peterís Catholic Church (200 E. Washington St.) in Slinger with Father Richard Stoffel presiding. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 4-8 p.m. with a prayer vigil at 8 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Drive in West Bend). Visitation will continue on Friday, March 9, 2012 at the church from 9:30-10:15 a.m. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Allenton.
