Mary Lusic (nee Debelak), 84, passed to Eternal Life on Tuesday, March 6, 2012.

Mary was born on March 14, 1927 to Edward and Mary (nee Lesatz) Debelak. She married Adolph "Al" Lusic on May 2, 1951 in Waukegan, IL.

Mary is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Al; children Ronald (Michelle) of Cape Coral, Fla., Jerry of Minneapolis, Gary "Mike" (Tanya) of Minneapolis, and Linda (Larry) Kraus of Menomonee Falls; grandchildren Paul (Kari), Mark (Aimee), Anne, Peter, Fred (Kirstin) and Jason Brauer, Shannon, Jenna Kelly, Michael, Jerry "Jeddy," Allie, and Samantha Womeldorf; and great-grandchildren Tyler, Madylyn, Mason, and Callen. She is further survived by her brothers Richard (Stella), Robert (Laura), and Donald Debelak, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends. Mary is preceded in death by her parents Edward and Mary, grandson Matthew, and brother Gene (Lois) Debelak.

A funeral service for Mary will be at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive in West Bend. Visitation will be from 4:30-5:45 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012 at the funeral home ONLY.

Interment of cremains will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.

The family wishes to extend a special "Thank You" to the nurses and staff at the Hartford Healthcare Center for their care and compassion for Mary during her stay.
