There were many things Eunice enjoyed. She loved all kinds of dancing, crocheting, reading, camping and fishing. She was a very active church member at St. John Lutheran Church in Jackson, where she enjoyed the choir and also was a Sunday School teacher. She also loved watching NASCAR; her favorite driver was Matt Kenseth, who won the Daytona 500 this year. Eunice is survived by her three children, Robert, Karen (Bruce) Henning and Linda (Rick) Guslick; grandsons, Christopher (Kim), Ryan and Douglas; great-granddaughter, Adelynn Guslick; siblings, Chester (the late Gloria) Scherf, Vivian (the late Arnold) Laabs and Stewart (Louise) Scherf.
