Timothy ‘Tim’ Kaul, 53 Timothy "Tim" Kaul of Grafton passed away peacefully at Horizon Hospice in Mequon on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at the age of 53. Tim was born in Port Washington on March 24, 1958, to Arline (nee Grisar) and Frederick "Fritz" Kaul and married Susan Woods on July 16, 1983, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton. Tim received his Bachelor of Science Degree in horticulture from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He farmed the family dairy farm in the town of Grafton. After he sold his dairy herd, he started Kaul’s Lake Winds Elk Farm. Tim was the founding member of the Ulao Creek Partnership. He was a member of the Ozaukee Conservation Congress, Grafton Town Board and the Ozaukee County Board. He also was a longtime active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and St. Paul Lutheran Men’s Choir. He is survived by his wife, Susan of Grafton; son, Sean of Grafton; mother, Arline Kaul of Grafton; sisters, Donna (Jeff) Gretzmacher of Grafton, Diane (David) Pfaffenroth of Grafton and Lynette (Kim) Hennings of White Bear Lake, Minn. He is further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 18 at 5 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 701 Washington St., Grafton. Visitation was held at the church on Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Memorials to the St. Paul Lutheran Gymnasium Fund or the Ozaukee County Land Preservation Fund are appreciated.
