Monica Mae ‘Monnie’ Tillmann, 83

Monica Mae "Monnie" Tillmann of Grafton passed away peacefully at 
Horizon Hospice in Mequon on Sunday, March 18, 2012, at the age of 83.
Monica was born in Cedarburg on March 30, 1928, to Walter and Elsie 
(nee Schneider) Frank and married Richard "Dick" Tillmann on June 25, 
1949, at St. Francis Catholic Church in Cedarburg.
Monica and her husband, Dick, owned and operated Ozaukee Excavating 
in Grafton for 57 years.

She is survived by her husband, Dick of Grafton; children, Donna 
Tillmann of Silver City, N.M., Robert (Cindy) of Grafton and John 
(Lisa) of Grafton; grandchildren, Russell Tillmann of Milwaukee, 
Rachel Tillmann of Fox Point, Grant Tillmann of Grafton, Jessica 
(Jacob) Peters of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Andrew and James Tillmann of 
Grafton; sisters, Audrey (the late Kenneth) Zwickey of Cedarburg and 
Bernice (Bud) Miser of Port Washington; brother, Tom (the late 
Rosemarie) Frank of Cedarburg; sisters-in-law, Eunice (the late 
Glenn) Frank of Cedarburg and Ruth (the late Richard) Frank of 
Tomah. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives 
and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one son, Steven.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 26, at 10 
a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1619 Washington St., Grafton. 
Meet at the church.  Interment will be at the church cemetery. 
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 25, at Mueller Funeral Home 
& Crematory in Grafton from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
