Hattie
A. Radloff, 98, of Neosho passed away at Cedar Lake Health and Rehab
Center on Friday, Nov. 2, 2012. She was born Aug. 4, 1914, in Hustisford,
the daughter of William and Hedwig (nee Krueger)
Pappenfuss.
She married Dellmond Radloff on Oct. 9, 1948, at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran
Church in Woodland, Wis. Hattie was a past member of St. John’s Ladies
Aid, served as the Ladies Aid president and served on other church
committees. She was a longtime member of Woodland’s St. John’s Ev.
Lutheran Church. Hattie is survived by her children Marvin (Carol)
Radloff of West Bend, Carol Schillreff of Kirkland, Wash., and Marlene
(Rodger) Melton of Houston; her grandchildren Gena (Field) Mead, Julia
(Todd) Stadler, Rachel (James) Farley, Kimberly (Joel) Gutowsky, Donna
(Brad) Devenport, Peter (Jennifer) Smith, all of West Bend, and Darin
Smith of Eagle River; and her 12 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Hattie was preceded in death by her husband, Dellmond in 1976, and her
siblings, Elsie, George, William, Arthur, Ewald, Harold, Frank, Edgar,
and Werner. Edgar and Werner paid the ultimate price and were killed in
action during World War II.
Visitation is Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, from 4-6 p.m. at St. John’s Ev.
Lutheran Church in Woodland. Funeral service will follow at the church
at 6 p.m. The Rev. Robert Pasbrig will officiate. Interment will be
Thursday at 10 a.m. at the St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Memorials in Hattie’s name to St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church Building
Fund would be appreciated.
