Betty J. Soschinske, 78, of Hartford passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2012. She was born Nov. 11, 1934 in Hartford, the daughter of Peter and Leona (nee Margelowsky) Fritz. Betty graduated from Hartford Union High School in 1953. Upon graduation, Betty worked at Christianson Motors as a bookkeeper and, later, at Hartford Building and Loan, which became the Hartford Saving Bank. She married Albert C. Soschinske, of Hartford in 1957. When Betty began raising her children she stopped working outside of the home, enjoying time gardening, baking and having great joy in caring for her family.

Betty is survived by her loving husband Albert for 55 years; her devoted daughter Gail Soschinske of Madison; her precious grandson Jack Albert Soschinske of Wichita, Kan.; her daughter-in-law, Amy Soschinske of Wichita, Kan.; her brother, LeRoy (Marion) Fritz of Montello; her sister Delores (Silver) Polster of Theresa, brother in-law Lyle Becker of Kiel; brothers and sisters- in-law, Robert and Laura Zehren of Montello, Arthur and Nancy Neuman of Takoma Park, Md. and Erna Horton of Hartland. Loved by her special friends Mariann Klink, Joan Beine and Elaine Nettesheim. Also surviving are nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Betty is preceded in death her son Kurt, her brother and sister-in-law, Robert ( Marlene) Fritz, and her sister Joyce Becker.

Visitation is Saturday, Nov. 17 at the Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home-Hartford from 10:30 a.m.noon. Funeral service will follow at noon. The Rev. Marcia Carrier will officiate.

Interment is at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
