Joan M. Todl, 79


Joan M. Todl (nee O’Loughlin), 79, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012. She was born in Milwaukee on July 19, 1933 to James and Wilma (nee Bergeler) O’Loughlin.

She enjoyed knitting and made each grandchild a special blanket. She was a member of We Bee Red Hatters, Mount Mary Club, and volunteered at the Washington County Historical Society. Above all, Joan enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving children, Jim (Kasey) Todl, Noelene (Craig) Paulsberg; cherished grandchildren, Sammy, Kincade, Emmitt, and Reese Todl, Alexa and Abigail Paulsberg.

She is preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Tessah; brother, James; and sister-in-law, Maryann.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church (200 E. Washington St., Slinger) with the Rev. Richard Stoffel presiding. The visitation will be on Friday, Oct.19 from 4 p.m. until the prayer vigil at 6:30 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). Private interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Milwaukee.
