Otto Keller, 87
Earl Otto Keller, 87, of Hartford, passed
away Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at the Samaritan Home.
He was born on June 5, 1925, in the town of Polk to Paul and Elva (nee
Loos) Keller. After high school, he began his career in trucking. He
served in the U.S. Army during World War II and after discharge
continued a career in trucking, retiring from West Bend Transit. He was
a member of Teamsters. Earl enjoyed doing word searches and playing
cards with family.
He is survived by his wife Martha and his children, Minnie (Bill)
Richardson, Jean (Ron) Erstad, John (Ann) Keller, Terry Keller, and Rose
Keller. He is further survived by his grandchildren: Debbie Westenberger,
Ron, Angie, Curtis, and Corey Erstad, Kristie, Jason, and Scott Keller,
Brad, Amy, Mike, Adam, Tobey and Nathan Keller, and Jamie Sabo;
great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchild; and other relatives and
friends. Earl was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Gary, and
brothers, Clyde and Leroy.
The funeral service for Earl will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 24,
2012, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Drive) with
Chaplain Cheryl Matusiak presiding.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, Oct. 24, from
11 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be at Union Cemetery in
Slinger. Memorials to the Samaritan Home or Autumn Oaks would be
appreciated.
