David J. Adee, 68


David J. Adee, 68, of Fond du Lac died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at the Kathy Hospice in the Town of Polk. He was born Sept. 26, 1944, in West Bend to the late Cecil and Pauline (nee Klarkowski) Adee.

David was employed at Mercury Marine for 42 years, first in Cedarburg then in Fond du Lac. His interests included being an avid trap shooter, race car fan, hunting, fishing and belonging to many outdoor organizations.

He is survived by his three siblings: Donald (Marie) of Green Bay, Doris (Victor) Vey of Cedarburg and Richard of West Bend, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

David is preceded in death by his parents Cecil and Pauline Adee and his sister Elizabeth.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at 3 p.m. at the Schmidt Funeral Home in West Bend. The family will greet relatives and friends for a period of visitation from 1-2:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Kathy Hospice are appreciated.
