Irene passed away at the family farm, on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at the age of 87.

Irene was born on Aug. 11, 1925, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Robert E. Winter and Anna C. (nee Guidinger) Winter. She later married Wilmer Kloehn on Nov. 23, 1950, at Grace Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls.

Irene was also a longtime member at First Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Irene is survived by her sisters-in-law, Meta Bartelt and Susan Kloehn; and care-givers, Dennis Winter and Melissa Smith. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Wilmer Kloehn; brother, Harold Winter; and sister-in-law, Mabel Winter.
