Florian “Jack” Piaszak, 74, of Hubertus, passed away Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday Sept. 5 at noon at St. Gabriel Catholic Parish in Hubertus.

Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of the Mass.
