Florence H. Wolf, 84


Florence H. Wolf (nee Kudek), 84, passed away on Monday, Sept. 3, 2012.
She was born in West Bend on Aug. 29, 1928 to the late Clarence and Clara (nee Backhaus) Kudek. She graduated from West Bend High School, Class of 1947.

She worked as a West Bend East High School attendance clerk from 1970 until 1994 when she retired. Her favorite pastimes included knitting and going to her grandchildren’s sporting events. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Florence was a lifelong member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church. She will be deeply missed by all her family, especially her smile and daily kisses.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; daughters, JoEllen (George) Spaeth and Susan (Dennis) Hausmann; grandchildren, Amy (Sam Bauman) Spaeth, Heidi Spaeth, Katie Hausmann, Molly Hausmann, and Ross (Kendal) Hausmann; sister, Evelyn (Neal) Schleif; sisters-in-law, Carol Schaefer and Pat Schaefer; brother-in-law, William Wolf; and nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Pilgrim Lutheran Church (462 Meadowbrook Drive, West Bend, WI 53090) with Rev. Christopher Raffa presiding. The visitation will be held at the church on Thursday, Sept. 6 from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Private interment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Kettle Moraine Gardens Memory Unit (1042 Fond du Lac Ave., Kewaskum, WI 53040) or Pilgrim Lutheran Church (462 Meadowbrook Drive, West Bend, WI 53090).
