Elizabeth E. Goodreau, 92
Elizabeth E. Goodreau, 92, of Grafton, passed away on Sept. 13,
2012.
She was born in Watton, Mich., on Feb. 27, 1920, to
Andrea Kauranen and Lydia Marie Kytoniemi. She was
married to Donald Goodreau on May 10, 1941, in L’Anse,
Mich.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, in
1985, and son, Michael, in 2011 and 13 siblings.
She is survived by her children, Annette Jalayer,
Patrick (Kay), Grace Ann Sepic and BJ (Payman) Homayouni;
seven grandchildren, David (Wendy) Goodreau, Doryaneh (OJ)
Howell, Daniel (Dawn) Goodreau, Andisheh (Jim) Collins,
Andrea (Jeff) Duarte, Christopher Homayouni and Madissen
Homayouni; 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was a seamstress, gardener, nanny, maid, midwife,
4-H leader, nurse’s aide and a nursing home activity
director. She was an avid volunteer, always finding ways
to help others, she made hundreds of quilts that were
given to the needy through various church programs.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 22,
2012, at 2 p.m.
at Advent Lutheran Church, W63 N642 Washington Ave.,
Cedarburg.
Interment will be in L’Anse, Mich.

Church are appreciated.
