Eugene H. Anderson, 65, of Dundee, passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at his home following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born in Milwaukee on April 3, 1947, the son of Lee and Margaret Preisler Anderson. On Oct. 17, 1987, Gene married Rose Peppler in Eden. Gene owned and operated his own truck, working for TTI for 30 years and Dundee Sand and Gravel for 10 years. He loved Nascar, traveling to many races. Gene also enjoyed golf, camping, boating, fishing, and mowing his lawn with his John Deere. Gene loved a good time and having fun and also enjoyed playing his guitar.

Survivors include his wife Rose; his son Glen Anderson of Sheboygan; his daughter Janine O’Brien of Fond du Lac; his grandson Colton O’Brien; his mother Margaret of Green Valley, Ariz.; his mother-in-law Verda Peppler of Clio, Mich.; his sisters- in-law and brothers-in-law Linda and Ralph Niedecken of Clio, Mich., and Gary and Karla Peppler of Williamsburg, Mich.; his best friend Billy Timblin, many wonderful friends, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father Lee, his father-inlaw Herman Peppler, his brother-in-law Larry Peppler, and his nephew Jeff Peppler.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 13, from 3-7 p.m. at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport. Services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the services.
