Frank A. Pingolt, 78
 

Frank A. Pingolt died Jan. 8, 2013, in Stuart, Fla., at age 78.

He was born in Sheboygan on Oct. 20, 1934, to Frank and Linda (nee Ruppel) Pingolt. Frank worked on mink farms until he went into the Air Force and was stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska. He came home to marry his sweetheart, and they raised a family in Cedarburg.

Frank retired from Harley-Davidson with 32 years of service. After retirement, Frank and his wife bought a home on Long Lake to spend their summers and in Stuart, Fla., to spend their winters.

He is survived by his children, Dawn (Rob) Holyoke of Thiensville, Mark (Cindy) Pingolt of Stuart, Fla., David (Debbie) Pingolt of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Jennifer (Dan) Barribeau of West Bend; grandchildren, Becky, Kate, Michael and Ella; great-grandchildren, Quentin and Liam; brothers, Donald (Shirley) and LeRoy (Judy) Pingolt; sister, Nancy (Ted) Black; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Audrey.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 10:30 a.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend.

Interment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park.
