Joanne E. Boltz, 77
Joanne
E. Boltz, (nee Livingston), 77, of Hartford, passed away Tuesday, Jan.
29, 2013, at the Hartford Health Care Center.
Joanne was born Sept. 26, 1935, in the town of Oconomowoc to Harry and
Esther (née Thiele) Livingston. She was united in marriage to Glenn
Boltz on Feb. 20, 1954, at Dr. Martin Lutheran Church in Oconomowoc.
Joanne enjoyed crafting, bowling and golfing, and was proud of the time
she made a hole-in-one at Lake Arrowhead. She was a Girl Scout leader,
as well as an active member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, where she was a
Sunday school teacher and president of the Ladies Circle. She was
blessed with two children, five grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren. These were the greatest riches in her life along
with the love of her life, Glenn.
Joanne is survived by her husband, Glenn; daughter, Susan (David)
Rohlinger of Hartford; sonin- law, Jeff Hanni of Iron Ridge;
grandchildren, Aimee (Ty) Jeranek, Jennifer (Joe) Schmitz, Andrew (Tara
Detlof) Rohlinger, and Mary (Marcus DeVine) Hanni; great-grandchildren,
Ciara, Hunter, Ahren, and Eli; sister Betty Jean Wolter; and her
sisters-in-law, Vivian Livingston, Marion Livingston, and Mary
Livingston. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives
and friends.
Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Sheryl Hanni,
grandson Tim Rohlinger, and three brothers, Harry Jr., Dennis and Robert
Livingston.
Funeral services for Joanne will be held Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at 5 p.m.
at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 255 W. Lincoln St., Hartford, with the Rev.
Marcia Carrier officiating.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday from 2-5 p.m. at
the church. Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hartford on Saturday,
Feb. 2, 2013.
