Angela J. Bence

Angela J. Bence reunited with her loving grandmother, Jacqueline Zoephel, on Sunday, June 2, 2013, at the age of 31 years. She was born on Aug. 19, 1981, in Waukesha to Frederick Bence and Margaret “Maggie” (nee Zoephel) Arneson.

Angela is survived by her son Andrew; parents Fred (Aracli) Bence and Maggie Arneson; loving step-father Dan Arneson; brothers Frank (Jen) Bence, Freddie, Jr. (Tammy) Bence, Timothy Bence, and Steven Arneson; and step-sister Shelly. She is further survived by her aunts and uncles Robert (Ruth) Zoephel, Ramona (Richard) Sahr, Penny (John) Salzman, Trudy (Larry) Rutkowski, Debbie Bence, Donna (Daniel) Makowitz, Cheryl (Arthur) Kunde, Linda (James) Holmberg, Keith (Cheryl) Arneson, and James (Michelle) Arneson; grandparents Vernon (Dorothy) Arneson; her loving cousins Nikki Pfeffer and Robert Zoephel with his children Taylor, Spencer, and Sean; her best friends Jenny Irving, Christine Gnadt, Louise Plaskey, Annabelle Plaskey, Jackie Siamof and family, Selena Gonzalez, Emily Castro, Betty and Greg Zimdars, Jennifer Coulthurst, and Heather (Mike) Richey; Andrew’s father Chris Michels; and Andrew’s grandparents Terry and Kay Michels and their daughter Sarah Michels; and Andrew’s aunt Julie Lepak. She will be dearly missed by all other nieces, nephews, relatives, close friends and the entire Arneson family.

Angela is preceded in death by her grandparents Robert (Jacqueline) Zoephel and Henry (Grace) Bence, uncle Walter Zoephel, and aunt Lindy Krause.

At the age of 15, Angela worked at Skate Country behind the snack bar. She loved to skate with all her loving friends and her special friend, Jeno Bergbeckerwheeler. Angela graduated from West Bend East High School, class of 2000. She then went on to further her education at the University of Wisconsin-Washington County.

She also worked at Serigraph as a press operator and later Kohl’s Corporate. Her last job was at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Jackson, and she then went on to be a fulltime loving mom to Andrew.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Angela will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 138 N. Eighth Ave. in West Bend, with the Rev. Jerry Brittain presiding. Visitation will be at church from 9-10:45 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2013.

Angela was an amazing mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, cousin and niece. She was full of life and had a one-ofa- kind smile. She will never be forgotten.
