Lillian C. Schreiner of Grafton went home to heaven on Nov. 19, 2014, at the age of 94. Lillian was born in Grafton on May 19, 1920, the daughter of George and Ella (nee Fischer) Habich.
Lillian was united in marriage on Sept. 12, 1942, to Raymond Schreiner, who preceded her in death. Lillian was a longtime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg and the Rose-Harms American Legion Auxiliary Post 355, Grafton. Lillian enjoyed bowling, baking and most importantly, spending time with her family and friends.
Lillian is survived by her twin sister Rose “Jo” (the late Harold) Gentz; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lillian was preceded in death by her siblings, Elinore (Al) Nelson, Harold “Poly” (Bernice) Habich and George “Babe” (Lucille) Habich. Funeral services will be held today, Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014, at noon at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cedarburg.
Interment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Grafton. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Rose-Harms American Legion Auxiliary will walk through at 11:45 a.m. Memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Rose-Harms American Legion Auxiliary Post 355, Grafton are appreciated.
