Rosina M. Brunner, 100, a resident of Kettle Moraine Gardens in Kewaskum, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014. She was born on the family farm near Cross Plains on Nov. 18, 1914, the daughter of Robert and Theresa (nee Witzko) Brunner.
Rosina served as the housekeeper for the Rev. Frank Kovac in Random Lake for 15 years and for the Rev. Victor Kemmer at Dacada, Campbellsport and St. Kilian for 40 years. Rosina was an active member at all the parishes at which she served.
Rosina celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends in November.
Survivors include many nieces, nephews and friends. Rosina was preceded in death by six brothers, Andrew, Frank, John, Leo, Carl and Otto, and six sisters, Clara, Ida, Mary, Laura, Anna and infant Rose. Visitation will be Sunday, Dec. 7, from 1 p.m. until time of Mass at St. Kilian Catholic Church, St. Kilian (N185 Highway W, Campbellsport).
Mass of Christian Burial will be Sunday. Dec. 7, at 3 p.m. at St. Kilian Catholic Church. The Rev. Neil Zinthefer will officiate. A luncheon in the school hall will immediately follow the Mass. Burial will be Monday, Dec. 8, at 10 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Cross Plains.
