Mary A. Zuraw, 85|
Mary A. Zuraw of Grafton passed away peacefully on Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at Harbor Club Cove in Port Washington at the age of 85.
Mary was born in Nanticoke, Pa., on May 31, 1928, to Walter and Mary (nee Fenyo) Bedeski and married Joseph T. Zuraw on Sept. 30, 1950, in Naticoke, Pa.
Mary loved spending time with her family and being actively involved at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grafton were she was a longtime member.
She is survived by her children, Tom (Carolita) of Chile, Jeff (Elizabeth) of Grafton, Joe (Elizabeth) of Port Washington, Dave (Jill) of Delavan and Trish (Dave) Mancl of Glencoe, Ill.; sisters, Irene Bosold of Ohio and Mildred Warakomski of Pennsylvania; and sisters-in-law, Betty Zuraw of Pennsylvania and Margaret Petronchak of New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Elizabeth Mroch; and brother, Walter Bedeski. She is further survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4, at 12:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1619 Washington St., Grafton. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday, March 4, from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
