Marion Tupper, 83
Nov. 26, 1931 -- Feb. 11, 2015
Mrs. Marion Tupper (nee Albers) began life with her Savior on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015. Marion was born on Nov. 26, 1931, to Clarence and Hazel Albers on their family farm near the tiny town of Leland, before the luxury of having electricity. She attended grade school near Leland in a one room schoolhouse that was heated by a pot-bellied wood stove, and continued on to graduate from Prairie Du Sac High School.
Her first marriage to Walter Jaedike ended in divorce and she moved to Milwaukee, where she met Lloyd Tupper. They were married on July 26, 1969, and bought a house in Cedarburg. Although they had no children together, the couple had a total of nine children they raised together from their previous marriages. They later moved to Grafton.
Marion loved the outdoors. She enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, cross country skiing, golf, backpacking, canoeing and gardening.
Mrs. Tupper’s career spanned many years, as a real estate agent and at Woolworth Central Accounting.
Marion is survived by her husband, Lloyd, eight children, 22 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. She is also survived by one brother, one sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by one daughter.
Cremation will be by Eernisse Funeral Home in Cedarburg. At her request, there will be no services; instead, the remains will be kept until Lloyd passes. At that time, there will be a small outdoor gathering of relatives and close friends to spread their remains in the Baraboo Hills near Leland.

The family wishes to extend its heartfelt thanks to Compassionate Care Hospice and the wonderful staff at Anita’s Garden for their loving care.
