Theresa WroblewskiTheresa “Terri” Wroblewski (nee Galaska), 58, was born to eternal life on Monday, April 13, 2015, at The Kathy Hospice, West Bend.

She was born on Aug. 23, 1956, to the late Floyd and Dolores (nee Machajewski) Galaska in Milwaukee. On Oct. 1, 1983, she was united in marriage to Dennis Wroblewski at St. Roman’s Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Terri worked as a pharmacy technician at St. Joseph’s Hospital, town of Polk for many years.

Terri enjoyed spending time with her family. Everybody at the hospital said she was always smiling and never complained. She loved having her toes in the sand and a drink in her hand in Jamaica. Terri had a kind, generous, loving spirit and would do anything for her boys. She always had an open home for neighbors and her son’s friends. She will be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis; two sons, Alex (fiancée Saiyna Bashir) Wroblewski and Brian Wroblewski; two sisters, Debby (Terry) Hanley and Karen Galaska-Lancaster; two brothers, Gregg (Gloria) Galaska and Paul (Jodie) Galaska; three sisters- in-law, Cheryl Werner, Mary Jo (Richard) Battiola and Nora (Craig) Klaus; father- and mother-in-law, Richard and Joan Wroblewski; and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial remembrance service of Theresa will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at 2 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of service.

A special thank from the family to Dr. John Burfeind, Dr. Eric Olafsson, Lauren Ahes in HR, Trisha and the other nurses and staff at Kramer Cancer Center; Coworker, Mindy; and everyone who knew her at St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Bend for all their help and care.
