Jan. 28, 1927 -- April 16, 2015

Alvin E. DoweAlvin E. “Al” Dowe of Grafton passed away peacefully at his residence on April 16, 2015, at the age of 88 years.

Al was born in the town of Grafton on Jan. 28, 1927, the son of George and Anna (nee Hertal) Dowe.

Al had a great love for wildlife; he enjoyed feeding deer and cranes on the family farm. In his younger years, he was an avid hunter and fisherman.
