Thomas P. Klahn, 62
April 30, 1953 -- July 27, 2015
Thomas P. Klahn, age 62, of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly early morning Monday, July 27, at his home.
He was born April 30, 1953, in Sheboygan, son of the late Wilmer and Helen (Doherty) Klahn.
He attended Beechwood Elementary Grade School and graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1972.
He worked at a metal spinning manufacturing company located in Beechwood producing parts for vehicles for many years. He also had a passion for the many Javelin cars he owned throughout the years, as he would “quickly” commute back and forth to work. He enjoyed the solace of the mornings and those around him daily.
He is survived by four sisters, Sharon (Gene) Gerlach of Mayville, Margaret Hoepner of West Bend, Kathy (Connie) Binger of Mayville and Lois (Ronny) Spencer of New Holstein; three brothers, John (Marlene) Klahn and Wilmer (Janice) Klahn, both of Kewaskum, and Jim (Kay) Klahn of Campbellsport; one brother-in-law, Jim Vetter of Beechwood; one sister-in-law, Jennifer Klahn of Sheboygan; and special friends, Gerald (Linda) Schultz of Plymouth.
He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Ambrose and Nellie Doherty and Art and Isabelle Klahn; two sisters, Mary Pat Vetter and LuEllen Klahn; one brother, Francis Daniel Klahn; his parents; and one brother-in-law, Tiny Hoepner; Following Tom’s wishes, cremation has taken place and inurnment will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Cascade.
A memorial fund is being established in his name.
