Lee Klitzke, 71, of Allenton, passed away Friday, Aug. 21, 2015, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on Jan. 10, 1944, in Los Angeles to Willard and Gladys (nee Lamers) Klitzke. He was united in marriage to Patricia Equitz on July 29, 1988, in Waukesha. He worked for Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac and enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, boating and snowmobiling. He will be remembered for his art and his love of animals, especially his beloved companions, Spatz and Mya.
Lee is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Patricia Klitzke; loving children, Dale (Jenny) Klitzke of Fond du Lac, Rhonda (Hector) Joseph of Wauwatosa and Richard (Debra) McLeod of Allenton; three cherished grandchildren, Kaylee, Brandon and Gwyn; and his loving mother, Gladys Lamers. He is further survived by other loved relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Willard Klitzke and stepfather, Roman Lamers.
Memorial services for Lee will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union St., Hartford, WI 53027). Family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home from 1-3 p.m.
