Patricia A. “Patty” Jochem (nee Dambruch), 55, of Jackson, passed away Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, at the Pavilion at Glacier Valley in Slinger.
Patricia was born on Oct. 26, 1959 in Milwaukee to Harlen and Joyce (nee Behl) Dambruch. She was united in marriage to John Jochem on Aug. 24, 2003, at Ridge Run Park in West Bend. She worked for Walmart in Hartford for 14 years and previously was a caregiver at the Hartford Care Center for several years. She enjoyed coffee talk with family and friends, but most of all she treasured her time with her husband, family, children and her cherished grandchildren. She will be remembered as a very generous person with a heart of gold, and will be dearly missed.
Patty is survived by her beloved best friend of more than 20 years and husband of 13 years, John Jochem of Jackson; loving children, Shelley (Norman) Fuller III of West Allis, Cory (friend Bernari Vasquez) Phillips of Milwaukee, Sherry (Nick) Krell of Allenton, Johnny Phillips of West Bend, Ashley Kranz of Montello, Sheenna Gertsch of Fond du Lac and Joseph Jochem of Howards Grove; 15 cherished grandchildren; her loving mother, Joyce Dambruch; loving parents-in-law, Kenneth (Ann) Jochem Sr.; dear siblings, Mike Behl, Jim Dambruch and Josephine (Thomas) Wery; dear siblings-in-law, Maggie (Dennis) Markeland, Brenda (friend Cary) Robarge, Ken (Charlene) Jochem Jr., Kim (Mike) Vanderjagt, Jerry (Brenda) Jochem and Mikey Jochem; and her close friend, Dawn Coleman. She is further survived by her cherished fur babies, Tiger the cat and Willy the dog, as well as several nieces, nephews other loved relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Harlen Dambruch; her sister-in-law, Beverly Gleiss; and her cherished dog, D-O-G.
Memorial funeral services for Patricia will be held 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015, at the Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union St., Hartford, WI 53027). The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2-5:45 p.m.
Inurnment will take place 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, 2015, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hartford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to John Jochem and family are appreciated.
