Tony W. LiskoTony W. Lisko, 62, of Hartford, passed away peacefully Oct. 31, 2015, due to complications following a stroke, surrounded by his loving family.

Tony was born June 5, 1953, in Hartford to Arnold and Martha (nee Wenger) Lisko. He was united in marriage to Susan (nee Allman) Lisko on June 26, 1976, at St. Kilian Catholic Church in Hartford.

Tony loved old television shows, Rubicon baseball, watching football, coaching his children in youth sports, mowing the lawn, an occasional trip to a casino and, most of all, his grandchildren.

He will forever be known as Papa Tony and “Da” and remembered for giving rides on the lawnmower, playing music and dancing around the family room with them.

Tony worked his entire career as a technician in the imaging industry. He ended his career after more than 25 years at Naviant Inc.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sue; his loving children, Sara Lisko Johnson (Kurt) of Minneapolis and Adam (Melissa) Lisko of Beaver Dam; his cherished grandchildren, Lillian, Bennett, Emma and Cole; siblings, Charles (Marcey) Lisko, Judy Breuer, Jane (Larry) Moldenhauer and Ron (Debbie) Lisko; in-laws, Bernice Allman, Sharon (Walter) Hembel and Mark Allman; Tony’s aunt, Gertrude “Toots” Cundy; and family friend, Roger Gross. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Martha Lisko; grandparents; his brother-in-law, Joseph Breuer; and father-in-law, Harold Allman.

Services for Tony will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (691 County Road S, Hartford, WI 53027) with the Rev. Jeffery Drake officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at the church. Immediately following the service, the burial and committal service will be held at St. Killian Catholic Cemetery. Everyone is invited to celebrate Tony’s life at Lisko’s Tap (N5281 Highway P, Rubicon, WI 53078) following the burial and committal.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Improvement Fund (691 Highway S, Hartford, WI 53027), St. Kilian Athletics (245 High St., Hartford, WI 53027) or the American Stroke Association are appreciated.
