Helen L. Gloede (nee Rosin), 87, of Campbellsport, passed away Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, with her family at her side. She was born June 18, 1928, in Mayville to Henry and Sadie (nee Westphal) Rosin. Helen was employed at Amity Leather in West Bend. In her retirement she enjoyed being outdoors and she loved to walk and enjoyed going to rummage sales. Mom loved her candy, desserts and coffee.
Helen is survived by her husband, Arnold; their children, Robert, Harold, David (Elaine), Judy (Randy) Erdman, Dennis (Judy) and Susan (Ken) Boettcher; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Auren Deming. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by siblings, Henry, Gordon, Donald, Elvira, Arlene Wagner, Adeline Hellpap, Jeanette Deming and Lyles Ojstrsek. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Immanuel Lutheran Church (350 S. Helena St., Campbellsport). The Rev. Paul Cerny will officiate and burial will be Thursday in Union Cemetery, Campbellsport. Visitation will be Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 3 p.m. until time of service at Immanuel Lutheran Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer’s Association.
