Norman H. Tornow Jr., 56 Norman H. “Norm” Tornow Jr., 56, of Big Cedar Lake, Slinger, passed away Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, at his home.
He was born Aug. 18, 1959, in Milwaukee to Norman and Hazel (nee Lucht) Tornow Sr.

Norm was an active and longtime member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Slinger.

He was a semi-truck driver for Gundrum Trucking in Slinger.

Those left behind to cherish Norm’s memory include his mother, Hazel Tornow of Big Cedar Lake; sister, Jackie (Ed) Landry of Sussex; two brothers, Brian (Peggy) Tornow of Atlanta and Jeff (Kristen) Tornow of Jefferson, South Dakota; brother-in-law, Jim Hiller of Idaho Springs, Colorado; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Sr., and his sister, Sherri Hiller.

Memorial services in remembrance of Norm will be held at noon Saturday, Nov. 14, at St. Luke Lutheran Church (4860 Arthur Road and Highway NN) in Slinger. The Rev. Matthew Short will officiate.

Visitation will be at the church Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Memorials to St. Luke Church are appreciated by the family.
