Gerhard J. Terdenge, of Cedarburg, died peacefully at the Harrison Home in Cedarburg on Dec. 3, 2015, at the age of 91.
Gerhard was born in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, on May 26, 1924, the son of the late Hermann and Martha (nee Richter) Terdenge.

Gerhard was a devoted husband and loving father and “Opi” who will be dearly missed. He shared his love of the North woods and reminiscences of the “old country” without hesitation. With his skillful hands and his unique artistic touch, he created wonderful woodcarvings.
And his freely given services as “repairman” were always appreciated.

Loving father of Trudi (Thomas) Roesch. Loving “Opi” of Jennifer Roesch. Dear brother of Hermine Haufe. Also loved and cherished by many nieces and nephews here and in Germany.
