Jodine M. Zingsheim, ‘Jo,’
Jodine Zingsheim of Cedar Grove, formerly of Grafton, passed away surrounded by her loving family at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. She was 46 years old. Jo was born in Milwaukee on Oct. 16, 1969, daughter of Duane Galecki and Barbara Gonwa Galecki. Jo grew up in the Grafton area, and later moved to Port Washington. On May 2, 2015, she married Philip Zingsheim in Cedarburg. Jo worked as an LPN and caregiver for Stone Haven and Forest Haven Care Centers in Grafton and Fredonia. She enjoyed music and had a passion for her work as a caregiver.
Jo is survived by her husband, Philip, of Cedar Grove and her three children, Brandon (fiancé Christina) Becker of Mequon, Jacob Becker of West Bend and Brooklyn Becker of Cedar Grove. She is further survived by her mother, Barbara Galecki of Jackson; her stepfather, Jim (Marge) Pike of Grafton; five siblings, Jeff (Julie) Davis of Westminster, Colo., Janel Pike of Madison, Judith (James) Sponholz of West Bend, Nicole (Kris) Hoff of West Bend and Jamie (the late Roger) Kittson of Saukville; her special friend, Toni Blaney; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Duane, and her grandparents.
A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington. Pastor Chuck Turbin will preside. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 30 at the funeral home from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested.
