Barbara Ann Butt, 50

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (1268 Pleasant Valley Road in the township of Jackson) for Barbara Ann Butt, who passed away peacefully Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, at Bridges of Wisconsin in West Bend at the age of 50. Visitation will be held from 1:30-2:45 p.m. Saturday at the church. Memorials to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, or your choice, are appreciated.

Barbara was born in West Bend on Aug. 25, 1965, to the late Elvin and Loraine (nee Kringel) Butt. Barbara was a lifelong member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. She worked at the Gale Co. and The Threshold Inc., both in West Bend. She was active in the wheelchair-bowling league in West Bend and competed in wheelchair bowling Special Olympics locally, statewide and nationally. She loved to do arts and crafts, she loved to cook, she was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and most of all she loved to spend time with her nieces, nephews and all of her family.

Barbara is survived by her sister, Betty (Jeff) Schneeweis of West Bend, and brothers, Roland (Barb) Butt of West Bend and Douglas (Deb) Butt of Cedarburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvin and Loraine Butt; brother, David Butt; and niece, Angela Scheunemann. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thanks and appreciation for the loving care that was given to Barb for many years by the staff and caregivers of Bridges of Wisconsin in West Bend.
