Charles E. Grudzinski, 55Charles E. Grudzinski, “Chuck,” 55, of Rubicon, passed away in his home Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, surrounded by his loving family.

Chuck was born Nov. 20, 1960, in Hartford to Edward Charles and Carolyn (nee Troeller) Grudzinski. He served in the United States Army. He was united in marriage to Kathleen Kleb on March 23, 1990, in Hartford.

He enjoyed cars, hunting, camping, family and friends, and maintaining his 1952 Chevy Bel Air that he loved. He will be remembered as a workaholic and always finding something to keep busy — he could fix anything. He worked for Steel Craft Corp. in Hartford for 13 years.

Chuck is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Kathleen Grudzinski; his loving daughter, Kendra (Andre) Ward of West Bend; cherished grandchildren, Deidra Livingston of Rubicon, and Aaliyah and LeeAnna Ward, both of West Bend; cherished great-grandchild, Hayden Williams of Rubicon; loving parents, Edward and Carolyn Grudzinski; dear siblings, Steven (Jodi) Starks of Slinger, Kristen (Dan Sr.) Chronister of Rhinelander; loving mother-in-law, Marjean Kleb of Hartford; and his dear siblings-in-law, Keith Kleb of Hustisford, Kamille Waltenberg of Hustisford, Linda Grady of Hartford and Karie (significant other Eric) Roethke of Neosho. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other loved relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter (Viola) Troeller and Ed (Dorothy) Grudzinski.

Funeral Services for Chuck will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at the Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union St., Hartford, WI 53027.) His family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m. Thursday.

The Grudzinski family would like to share their sincere gratitude with Steel Craft Corp. and Heartland Hospice for the wonderful care they gave Chuck and all of the support received.
