Bradley “Brad” Falk, 78, of West Bend, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at The Kathy Hospice.

Brad was born March 22, 1938, to Edward and Evelyn (nee Zacher) Falkenstein in Milwaukee. He married Kathy (nee Deppisch) on April 30, 1966, at St. Leo’s Church in Milwaukee. Brad served in the U.S. Army from 1958-61.

Brad is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Kathy, and children, Susan (Dean) Wacker, Michael and Amy (Kevin) Cantrall. He is further survived by his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Eric Wacker, and Kathryn and Michael Jr. Falk-Wright; brother, Gerald (Laurie) and Wes (Chris); sisters, Janet (Ronald), Pamela (James) and Deborah; sister- in-law and brother-in-law, Denise and Michael; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Curtis.

A memorial service for Brad will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Mike presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from noon until the time of service (2 p.m.). In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to The Kathy Hospice (3232 Pleasant Valley Road, West Bend, WI 53095).
