Eunice J. Collins, 98, of Kewaskum, formerly of West Bend, died Sunday, June 26, 2016, at Kettle Moraine Gardens.

Eunice was born May 31, 1918, to the late Henry and Elsie (Schroeder) Hage, and married Donald Collins on July 3, 1937, in Milwaukee. They moved from Milwaukee to West Bend in 1951 when Don took a position as data processing manager at The West Bend Co.

Eunice was a wife, mother and homemaker for the majority of her life. She loved cooking, sewing, quilting, crafting, reading and gardening. She was a longtime member of Our Saviorís Lutheran Church in West Bend where she was an active volunteer.

She enjoyed traveling with Don to IBM conventions and vacationing with the rest of the family. Her main love was spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Eunice is survived by six children, Gary of Shawano, Leigh (Barbara) of Menomonee Falls, Kathleen Bockhop of Monticello, Christine (James) of Orlando, Florida, Patricia (Gordon) Tonn of Kewaskum and Margaret (Craig) Sedgwick of Whitefish, Montana; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Eunice is further survived by her brother, Warren (Olive) Hage, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parent; her husband, Donald; and a grandchild, Stephen.

A gathering for family and friends will be held from 1-1:45 p.m. Thursday, July 7, at Our Saviorís Lutheran Church (1044 S. Silverbrook Drive, West Bend). A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. with inurnment at Washington County Memorial Park.

At the familyís request, memorials to the American Heart Association or the charity of the donorís choice appreciated.
