Keith A. Wiedmeyer, 62
Keith A. Wiedmeyer, 62, of West Bend, joined the fishing trip above Sept. 11, 2016.
He was born to Lawrence “Skip” and Carol (nee Nierode) Wiedmeyer on Oct. 26, 1953. He was born and raised in West Bend, where he graduated from West Bend East in 1972, then eventually went on to join the Operating Engineers Union, working on paving roads around Wisconsin. He then retired and spent his time fishing, working on cars and building bird houses, along with traveling and fishing in many states.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Wiedmeyer; children, Tonya Biertzer-Wery, Jenny Logan, Keith Wiedmeyer Jr., Amanda Wiedmeyer, Samantha Wiedmeyer and Alice Bowe; nine grandchildren, Carolyn, Jazmine, Aislynn, Corbin, Paitin, Hailah, Ronin, Oliver and Samuel Jr.; and his brothers, Steve (Cindy) Wiedmeyer and Cory (Cathy) Wiedmeyer. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Carol Wiedmeyer; brother Anthony Wiedmeyer; and many special family members and friends.
A memorial will be 2 p.m. Oct. 1 at Sandy Knoll County Park in West Bend at the barn shelter for those who want to come celebrate his life.
