Robert J. ďBobĒ Kopydlowski, 50, of Wales, died at his home with his loving family at his side Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016.

Bob was born Sept. 29, 1965, to James and Patricia (Hinebaugh) Kopydlowski in Milwaukee. He married the love of his life, Diane R. Lofy, on Sept. 24, 1988, at Holy Hill.

Bob was an English and history teacher, coach and principal at Lake Geneva Badger High School from 1989 until his retirement in 2016. Bob loved fishing, golf, sports, the Green Bay Packers and American history. Bob also loved nature, especially the family trips to various national parks.

Bob is survived by his wife of 28 years, Diane of Wales; his children, Lauren and Tyler; his parents, Jim and Pat Kopydlowski of West Bend; his siblings, Jeff (special friend Diane) Kopydlowski of West Bend, Debbie (Bob) Guerndt of Slinger and Donna (special friend of family Linda) Kopydlowski of Hartford; his father-in-law, Gerald Lofy Sr. of Richfield; brothers-in-law, Gordon (Tamme) Lofy and David (Mary Jo) Lofy, both of Richfield, and Gerald (Heidi) Lofy Jr. of Slinger; sister-in-law, Mary (Peter) Schleicher of Hartland; and other relatives and many, many good friends. Bob was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Lucille; his grandparents; and other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Bob will be at 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 29, at St. Paulís Catholic Church (S38 W31602 Wern Way, Genesee Depot, WI) with the Rev. Chuck Wrobel officiating. Visitation for Bob will be at the church from 2:30 p.m. until the time of mass. Memorial contributions in Bobís name may be directed to the family for a scholarship fund to be set up in Bobís name.
