Janice Elayne Bertram, 58

Janice Elayne Bertram (nee Frusher), 58, passed away peacefully in her home near Newburg on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016. She was born to Bruce and Gladys (nee Pierron) on April 13, 1958, in West Bend. Janice graduated from West Bend East High School in 1976 and received an associate degree from Moraine Park Technical College.
