Marceline P. Phillip

Marceline P. “Pat” Phillip (nee Knuth), 87, of West Bend, passed away peacefully with her family by her side Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016.

She loved others by living a sense of duty, responsibility and dignity.

She didn’t hesitate to show love by serving her family, her friends, and her community through church. Her age was never a limit to anything she put her mind to, from teaching crocheting to jet skiing at the age of 71 and a fantastic example of how to celebrate life. Most of all, she loved spending time her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pat was a former member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, ladies aide, choir and a current member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of West Bend. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Jean A. Phillip, and children, Linda (Kenneth) Prahl, James (Ann), Thomas (Claudia), Carol (Edwin “Buck”) Post and Paula (Mark) Weimer. She is further survived by 22 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren, sister Geraldine (Owen) Beem, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Thomas Dale Knuth.
