Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016, at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, 10729 W. Freistadt Road in Mequon at 11:30 a.m. for Elvira E. Timm, who died on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016, at the age of 92 years, from natural causes. Rev. Josh Rusert will be the officiant.

Elvira was born in Milwaukee on March 18, 1924, the daughter of the late John and Mary (nee Fill) Raduka. Elvira was united in marriage to her sweetheart, Howard, and they were blessed with two sons. Howard preceded her in death on March 24, 2015. She enjoyed many things like cooking, crocheting and was a great seamstress. Elvira worked as a stenographer at Clement Zablocki Center for over 10 years. She loved reading books, the National Geographic and the Readers Digest in her spare time. Elvira and Howard loved to fish and there was the time in Canada where she caught a 45inch northern, which is mounted on her son’s wall.

Elvira is survived by her sons, Allen (Rita) and Dale (Cathy); grandchildren, Brian (Amy), Kevin (Kim), Todd (Lana) and Erin (Jason) Raasch; great-grandchildren, Brennan, Lauren, Jack, Ava, Leia, Ethan, Parker and Emma; brother, John Raduka “Junior”; brother-in-law, John Hacker; and other relatives and friends. Elvira is preceded in death by her husband, Howard; great-grandchild, baby David Timm; parents; and sisters, Barb Hacker and Marion (the late Earl) Schluet.
