John L. Kleinhans, 61
John completed his journey in the state of Arizona, enjoying the warm weather, NASCAR, Green Bay Packers and country music, always taking photographs of his journey.
He will now be joining his brother, Tom, along with parents, Donald and Jane Kleinhans; nephew, Cameron Schoep; and his loyal pet dog, “Stormin,” with many aunts, uncles and grandparents.
Born March 3, 1956, in West Bend, he attended St. Mary Grade School in Barton, proceeding to West Bend East High School. He was a guy who enjoyed many different jobs, such as insurance agent, truck driver, and working on his favorite toy the Harley, until his many health issues slowed him down. He was happiest riding his bike and being with people, always interested in their life and what they were doing.
John leaves behind his wonderful and strong son, Travis, and daughter, Jeanette; sisters, Sue (Edward) Mattox, Mary Theis and Kay (Larry) Schoep; brother, Scott (Jessica) Kleinhans; and nephew, Legend, and niece, Andrea.
A huge thank you goes to his friend, Margie, and caregiver, Cody. I know it wasn’t the easiest job for you all. Also thank you to the Haven in Camp Verdie for your compassion and care.
Cremation has taken place and John will be laid to rest with his brother Tom at the Washington County Memorial Cemetery.
John, you will always be remembered. You are gone too soon.
See you on the other side for a Harley ride — R.I.P. “Johnny Kool.”
