Carol M. Behn (nee Mahr), 88, of West Bend, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, at The Kathy Hospice.

She was born May 23, 1929, to the late Jay and Margaret (nee Amos) Mahr in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Berkley Prep school in Brooklyn. Carol went on to attend Green Mountain College in Vermont. She was united in marriage to John C. Carol was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in West Bend. She enjoyed cooking, spending time at the cottage and at Timmer’s. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Her three most important things were faith, family and food. She will be missed by all who knew her.
