Black-and-white ads should frequently be colorized to add impact and you should have your website and/or email address included in the ad. We can also work with ads and materials supplied by most ad agencies and designers.

How do you measure your site traffic?

We use a popular site-measurement tool called "Webtrends" by the company netIQ. This program measures the incoming web traffic by analyzing the log files that are written automatically on the server every time someone visits.

By measuring this traffic we can tell exactly how many people viewed your ad in a given day, week or month. Unlike some other forms of media, you can tell how many eyeballs are getting exposure to your brand and specific advertising message.

What are your pricing plans?

Our pricing plans are designed to make it easy for you to advertise with us. If you are a print advertiser already, chances are your existing ads can be adapted to work successfully on our sites. If not, we can design an ad that will work for you and communicate your message clearly.

1.) Top Story Package
$479.00/month before discounts
As little as $15.50/day before discounts!

-Places 1 skyscraper ad in all stories appearing in "top news" sections of sites. This includes National News, Regional News, Local News, Business News, Politics, Special Sections, Columnists as well as stories on local sites www.freemanol.com and www.dailynewsol.com. Each story can have up to 5 rotating ads. Ad includes up to 1 hour of total design time.

Additional time billed at standard rates. Details of ad can be changed once per month, or additional changes $25.00/minor change as often as needed.

Major changes billed at standard rates. Ad adapted from existing advertising at no charge.

2.) LifeStyle Package
$350.00/month before discounts
As little as $11.30/day before discounts!

-Places 1 skyscraper ad on all stories appearing in a specific LifeStyle section (Homes, Health, Fashion, Fitness, Friends & Family, Cuisine, Nutrition, Travel, Books, Pets, Weddings, Gardens, Calendar). Each story can have up to 5 rotating ads. Ad includes up to 1 hour total design time.

Additional time billed at standard rates. Details of ad can be changed once per month, or additional changes $25.00/minor change as often as needed.

Major changes billed at standard rates. Ad adapted from existing advertising at no charge.

3.) Home Page Package
$525.00/month before discounts
As little as $16.94/day before discounts!

-Places 1 banner or skyscraper ad on front page. Placement in slots from top-bottom, 1st come 1st served for most desirable top and upper middle placement (between stories 2 & 3). Includes up to 1 hour total design time.

Details of ad can be changed once per month, or additional changes

$25.00/minor change as often as needed. Major changes billed at standard rates. Ad adapted from existing advertising at no charge.

4.) Micro Sites Package*
$100.00/5 pages + $49.95 annual hosting

-Up to 5 “single-page” length pages with simple text/graphics/pictures, up to 5 graphics and/or pictures per page.

Changes to be billed at standard creative rates and/or negotiated on individual basis depending on client need (i.e. a restaurant needing to change weekly specials or menus). This charge will be determined by bid and included in master contract.
