12th annual Hot Air Balloon Rally: 08-14-10

The Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce hosted the 12th annual Hot Air Balloon Rally at the Hartford Municipal Airport on Saturday. Fourteen balloons demonstrated a race and nighttime glow for visitors.
