Peter Hutchins displays his identification card when he first enetered prison after arson and forgery charges in Waukesha and Washington County at his home in West Bend on Wednesday afternoon. Hutchins has been in trouble with the law since he was 18 years old. Hutchins now volunteers with Project Second Start four hours a week. Hutchins is working to help establish programs to help convicted felons and others receive help when exiting prison. " I give back because I took from the community most of my life," said Hutchins.
