Deb Hoffmann of the Town of Vernon holds the Guiness World Record for the largest collection of unique Winnie the Pooh items. She has nearly 10,000 different items. This phone started Deb Hoffman's urge to collect Winnie the Pooh items. She had seen it in a novelty phone store but failed to buy it in time. Her search for it sparked her modern Pooh collection. The Piglet in the foreground was purchased from the daughter of Vincent Price. It was created in the 1940's and is one of a few items in the collection from the days before Disney obtained the Winnie the Pooh trademarks.
