Rynes walked from Casa Guadalupe to ShopKo. The walk is a little over two miles. " I walk everywhere I go," said Rynes. The cats have been placed along the offices in the back rooms in efforts to keep them warm after two furnaces broke this past week. Space heaters are used around the building to help the animals. To fix and repair the two furnaces that have broken, the humane society will need nearly $5,000. Temperatures are expected to reach below zero this weekend and into Monday. The snowmobiles froze to the ground after Braun had to remove them from a trailer and put them on the ground. The area was a little wet when he took them off the trailer Braun said. Braun is selling the two snowmobiles because he has not really been able to use them in the past three years. With the money from the sale, Braun hopes to by an ATV to use in the summer time.
