Washington, Slinger West Bend June through October Every Saturday 7:30a.m. to 11:00a.m. Downtown Main Street at Old Settlers Park Washington County Fair July 22-27, 2008 2008 will mark the 150th Anniversary of the Washington County Fair and the addi- tion  of  a  new  23,400  sq.  ft.  “Ziegler Pavilion”  building to the Fair Park. Many fun activities will be planned in conjunc- tion with this celebration in addition to the annual attractions including 4-H exhibits, livestock exhibits, horse shows, entertain- ment for all ages, food and carnival rides. Fairgoers will have a chance to take a trip down memory lane by visiting a mock-up Fair site depicting the era from the first fair- grounds to the present. There will also be a dedication of the new Ziegler Pavilion on Tuesday evening, which will be the new home of the 4-H exhibits. Rainbow Valley Rides will be on hand to once again thrill carnival riders and offer some “turn back the times” ride specials. The Kandu Magic and GameShow will be featured  in  the  children's  activity  area, along with many hands on activities in the Ag Adventure Land. Music will be in abun- dance with regional bands, area bands, Christian  music  and  entertainment  by many local dance and performing groups. The  Main  Stage  line-up  is  yet  to  be announced,  but  will  feature  national entertainment Thurs-Sat,  along  with  the Tractor Pull on Tuesday and Truck pull on Sunday. A new added feature this year will be a rodeo on Wednesday evening.
