‘Mary Poppins’ to run over two days

WALES  — Based on the books by P.L. Travers and the Walt Disney movie, “Mary Poppins” is a rich retelling of the life on Cherry Tree Lane with the practically perfect  nanny.  

“Mary Poppins” brings several magical elements to the Kettle Moraine Summer Academy stage, including hiring a professional company to fly two main characters.  

Performances are at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and July 21 through July 23, and 2 p.m. Wednesday.  

Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and students through 12th grade. Tickets are at and at the Summer Academy Office on the high school campus weekday mornings or at the box office beginning one hour before curtain.
